We are currently seeking mentors to lead by example not by circumstance. Our mentors serve as advocates for our teen moms and provide an opportunity to develop new parenting skills, gain access to resources, and break the cycles of victimization and poverty. We provide ongoing support for mentors through regular contact with program staff and monthly meetings.
Our mentors connect with their teen parent on a weekly basis via telephone and in person meetings. It is important for the mentor to be engaged with their teen and provide a reliable support network.
